The operator

Services are provided by Quick Wash SRL (reg. no. 37391153), based at Aleea Dobrina 1-3 and Str. Sf. Gheorghe 20, Pantelimon, Ilfov. Contact: 0723 614 551, contact@spalatoriaquickwash.ro. Hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–20:00, Sat 09:00–14:00.

By placing an order you accept these terms.

Scope of services

Laundry, dry-cleaning and ironing, with pickup and delivery in Bucharest and Ilfov.

Placing orders

Online, by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. We confirm details and price before pickup.

Pickup and delivery

Minimum order 100 lei (Bucharest) / 150 lei (Ilfov). Free transport when the minimum is met. Pickups Mon–Sat; standard turnaround 24–48h.

Handling of items

Inspection at pickup; we may refuse severely degraded items. Items without a care label are processed at the customer's risk. We are not liable for hidden defects, fragile accessories or pre-existing discoloration.

Prices and payment

Prices are indicative and may change. Payment on delivery (cash/card) or bank transfer.

Cancellations

At least 2 hours in advance. A call-out fee may apply if the customer is absent.

Complaints

Within 24 hours of delivery. Compensation is limited to the item's depreciated value.

Force majeure

Exemption for unforeseen events.
