Privacy policy

What we collect

The data you give us through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp: name, phone number, e-mail address (if you provide one), pickup and delivery address, the items ordered and any notes. We also record the IP address the form was sent from, as protection against automated submissions. The site uses analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To collect, process and deliver your order, to reach you about it, and to improve our services. The legal basis for order-related processing is performance of our contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), not consent: without this data we cannot collect your laundry.

Messages you receive

We send you SMS updates about your order: when we have collected the items and when they are ready. These are strictly about your order, not marketing, so we do not ask you to opt in. If you would rather we call you instead, tell us and we will stop the messages for you.

Your tracking link

The collection SMS contains a unique address where you can see your order status. The page shows only the status, the items and the last three digits of your phone number; it does not show your address or other data. The link stops working 30 days after the order is delivered or cancelled.

How long we keep it

Order data is deleted automatically 24 months after the order was last updated. That period covers the window in which a complaint may arise, plus the following season. Data required for tax obligations is kept separately, for the period the law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not give it to anyone for their own purposes. We use it through providers who act on our instructions: SMSLink for sending SMS (it receives your phone number and the message text), BeMail for e-mail, Google Analytics for traffic statistics, and WhatsApp if you write to us there. When the driver starts navigation to you, your pickup address reaches Google Maps: we do not send it, his phone's map app does, at the moment he taps the address. SMSLink and BeMail are Romanian services, so your data does not leave the European Union through them.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to contact@spalatoriaquickwash.ro or call 0723 614 551 and we will answer within 30 days at the latest. You may ask us to delete your orders at any time, and if you are not satisfied with our answer you may contact the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).
